NM Frank Johnson

Golden Valley native Frank Johnson is an accomplished chess player with a great feel for the game.  A Scholastic and multiple time State champion, his way of explaining chess has also translated over to coaching, leading schools to State and National championships.  Always a master-now a pastor, Frank still makes time for chess, playing on the MN Blizzard in its’ inaugural season.  Unlike the other profiles listed, his webpage below is not so much about chess.  Frank’s page is focused on his other calling in life, explained in a very engaging manner (which do not necessarily express the views of myself or the MSCA).
